99 days return/exchange policy
The sales of the venyshop online store are based on our outstanding design and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. In addition, we have a QA team to test whether the products you ordered are working properly before they are packaged and sent to you. Therefore, before placing an order, you must check all the home decoration details described on our website. Make sure that the color, size, and any other details about the order are correct. The policy starts from the delivery date.

Our solution:
1. Responsibilities of venyshop:
If our company is responsible for this problem, you do not need to return the goods, we will allow direct refund or re-shipment.
In the case of a refund, you need to contact us by email immediately after receiving the goods, and you will receive the purchase refund within 15 days after the processing is completed.
In the case of re-shipping, we will resend the replacement product for free (we will replace the item with the same product, or an item of equivalent or lower value.), the cost is borne by us, and you will receive the replacement within 15 days .
The above solutions are only provided when venyshop is responsible for shipping the wrong items/sizes.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Order error (item size)
If the size or product ordered by the customer is incorrect, we can also allow returns. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs to and from our warehouse. If the customer chooses to refund, we will refund the product price. All and any transportation costs are non-refundable. Personalized items are unique, and 30% of the purchase fee will be deducted when refunding these items.

Order cancellation policy:
Cancel non-personalized product orders
*After submitting your order, we will immediately arrange the delivery of non-personalized products within 1-5 working days. If you want to cancel or change your purchase, it is free before shipment.
*Please note that once we place your order, you cannot cancel or change your purchase.
Cancel personalized merchandise order
*After submitting your order, we will immediately start producing personalized products. If you want to cancel or change your purchase, you can do so for free within 24 hours. Please note that for all personalized products that cancel or change orders (after 24 hours), a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
*Please note that once we place your order, you cannot cancel or change your purchase.
Additional notes about the 99-day return/exchange policy:
All returned items must be in a brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original labels and original packaging.
Any order more than 99 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded.
Items with a non-refundable mark and free gifts cannot be returned. "
